Our acceptance of your offer is confirmed when we send you an Order Acknowledgement email, indicating that your order is being processed for manufacturing.

Introduction

- The purchaser, or their agent, is responsible for providing accurate measurements and designs to the company when making a purchase on their behalf.
- All orders are custom-made and tailored to fit the specific measurements provided by the purchaser.
Purchasing Products
- All dimensions must be provided in metric units. Designs should be based on external views at the time of ordering.
- All units will be delivered to the site without glazing, in compliance with safety regulations for manual handling.
- Orders and any modifications to orders will only be considered valid and binding once they have been confirmed in writing (via email).
Payments
- To secure your order, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full with cleared funds at least 2 working days prior to delivery (if applicable) or on the day of collection if you are picking up the goods.
- For deliveries, payments made with a Credit/Debit card must be registered to the delivery address, pass a 3D secure check (such as Verified by Visa), or be processed with Chip and Pin at one of our branches. Bank transfers are also accepted.
- When collecting your order, payment can be made in cash (exact change) or by credit/debit card with Chip and Pin.
- Please note that we do not accept cheques, Bankers Drafts, or Printed Building Society Cheques as cleared funds due to the risk of fraud.
- Payment is required no later than 1 month after the Purchaser is notified by the Company that the goods are ready for collection or delivery.
Delivery & Collection
- Delivery will be made at the kerbside only.
- It is essential to have an adult available throughout the day to receive the delivery of the goods. All units and panels will be delivered to the site unglazed in compliance with safety regulations for Manual Handling.
- The contract turnaround period begins the next working day after the order is placed.
- If you choose to collect your order, please contact us at 03330040095to arrange a collection. You will be informed of the collection date and must bring a copy of your order confirmation with the order number, along with a valid form of ID such as a debit/credit card, passport, or driving license. Goods will only be released upon presentation of valid ID.
- Time is not considered critical in this contract. We make every effort to deliver on the Anticipated delivery date or within the Delivery timeframe specified on your order confirmation. In the rare event of a delay, we will promptly contact you to reschedule the delivery within a reasonable timeframe.
- We will contact you to confirm the delivery date before proceeding with the delivery. For any inquiries regarding the delivery date, please contact our dispatch team at 03330040095.
- Deliveries may occur between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and our driver will typically call approximately an hour before delivery.
- If the Purchaser or nominated Agent is not present for the agreed delivery, the goods will be returned to our factory for collection. A re-delivery can be arranged with a charge of £50.00.
- The risk associated with the goods transfers to the Purchaser or nominated Agent upon delivery.
The Company will make every effort to meet the advised delivery/collection period; however, unforeseen delays may occur. In the rare event that these delays impact the Purchaser's delivery/collection, arrangements will be made to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.
Damaged Goods
- In the event that a defect arises with the goods as a result of the Company's fault, we will provide you with appropriate options for resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund. It is important to note that if the Company is not given a reasonable opportunity to address any defects, the Purchaser will not be reimbursed if they choose to rectify the issue themselves or through a third party.
- The Company retains the right, in agreement with the Purchaser, to request an Independent Inspection of any goods that are alleged to be defective, or to conduct a mutually agreed inspection to determine if the goods have been properly installed, used, maintained, stored, or serviced. Please be aware that the Company may charge for any reasonable costs incurred if it is found that the goods have not been properly utilized, installed, maintained, stored, or serviced.
- Upon receipt of the goods, the Purchaser is responsible for promptly examining them before removing any existing windows and doors or beginning installation. Any faults, damages, or missing items should be reported to the Company in writing as soon as possible via email at cs@windowpriceonline.co.uk.We may request photos that clearly depict any defects to ascertain the cause before taking corrective action. It is important that the individual named on the order invoice contacts us and includes the order number for easy reference.
When Installing
- It is strongly recommended that a qualified individual handle the installation of the goods provided. Prior to beginning the installation process, please ensure that the general guidelines included with the delivery for fitting the goods are thoroughly reviewed and understood. If there are any uncertainties, do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service department using the contact methods provided.
- Due to the handling of goods on-site, the installation methods, and the type of opening the goods are being installed into, minor adjustments may need to be made by the installer.
- The Company reserves the right to make minor technical adjustments to the specification of the Purchaser's products that will not compromise their function or appearance and will not impact the price. The Purchaser will be informed of any significant changes that require approval, or the Company will issue a full refund.
- Before initiating the installation process or hiring a third party to install the product, please ensure that the goods have been physically delivered, inspected, and checked for design details and sizes. Verify that all components are present and accurate. In the rare event that parts are missing, incorrect, or damaged, please notify us promptly so that we can arrange for the delivery of replacement parts before installation begins. This will ensure a smooth process and prevent any delays. If a third party is being used for installation, allow them sufficient time to familiarize themselves with the materials and verify their condition before scheduling an installation date.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that all windows, doors, and other products are custom-made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold. Therefore, any costs incurred by the Company up to the point of cancellation, including manufacturing costs, will be chargeable. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund. Please notify us of your cancellation in writing at cancellations@windowpriceonline.co.uk.
- Any changes made to orders will incur charges to the Purchaser, as each item is bespoke. The cost of these changes will vary depending on the progress of the original order and the nature of the change. These costs are not limited to manufacturing expenses.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please request in writing that the order be placed on hold to prevent further processes by the Company. The order will only be resumed once you confirm your changes in writing.
- The turnaround period will be reset from the next working day after the Company is informed of any changes to the order. The length of the turnaround period may vary depending on the changes made, and you will be notified accordingly.
Liability
33.If any term or provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any rule of law or public policy, it shall be removed from the Agreement. However, all other terms and provisions of this Agreement will continue to be in full force and effect.
Price Promise
34.We stand behind our product and pricing so strongly that we offer a price promise. We are confident that you will not find the same level of quality, service, or price elsewhere. However, if you do happen to find a comparable product with a comparable level of service from a company, we guarantee that we can beat it.
35. To take advantage of this guarantee, please provide us with a copy of a quote or website so that we can verify the details.
36. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse this offer, and it does not apply to sash windows.

- Upon receipt of your goods, it is highly recommended that you carefully follow the step-by-step installation instructions provided. We cannot be held responsible for any damage claims resulting from incorrect assembly. Our guarantees do not cover instances where the product fails to perform due to failure to correctly assemble the goods as per the provided instructions, wilful damage, negligence, or incorrect use. Force Majeure
- Under these Terms & Conditions " Force Majeure" is defined as any cause beyond our control including, but not limited to, War, Act of God, Act of Terrorism, Fire, Flood, Explosion, Natural Catastrophes, Civil/Military Disturbances, Strikes, Theft or Weather.
43. We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the failure or delay is caused by Force Majeure.
These Terms and Conditions may only be amended in writing by a Director of the Company.
Warranties
- Warranties - Profile Colour
White Profiles: 10 years (from the date of delivery) for colour stability, shape retention, impact strength retention, and resistance against salt-laden atmosphere, cement mortars, and certain other materials used in house construction.
Laminated Profiles: 5 years (from the date of delivery) for adhesion of laminate, shape retention, and impact strength retention. Please note that laminate profiles are heat absorbent and may not be suitable for sunny or warm locations. This should be taken into consideration during installation.
- Warranties - Residential Door Panels
White Panel Products: 10 years (from date of delivery) against discolouration
Woodgrain (Laminate) Panel Products: 5 years (from date of delivery) against discolouration. Woodgrain panels are very heat absorbent and are therefore not suitable for sunny or warm locations. Please consider this when surveying your installation.
Hardware: 12 months(from date of delivery) against discolouration
Please note failure to handle or apply the profile, sealed units, furniture and panel products in compliance with the relevant/approved instructions, specifications or guidelines, may result in all or part of the Warranties being null or void.
- Warranties - Residential Door Panels
A 5-year Guarantee on the sealed units and a 1-year guarantee on the furniture is provided by the Company, Secure Glaze UK Home Improvements Ltd.
- Warranties - Composite Door Lock Cylinder
The company will cover 10 years guarantee against the mechanical failure.
Guarantees
- Sealed Unit(Double Glazing) Guarantee
Secure Glaze UK Home Improvements Ltd. (" the Guarantor") hereby guarantees all sealed unit components against visible condensation inside the sealed unit for the duration of 5 years from the first date of delivery.
Covered is the cost of re-supplying an identical or comparable sealed unit to replace a sealed unit that is proven to have visible condensation inside it. This includes the cost of transport of any such sealed unit to the customer's original delivery address providing that this is within the territorial scope of this Guarantee. It does not cover the cost of installation of the sealed unit and does not cover the cost of removing and/or collection of the defective sealed unit. Consequential costs or losses are not covered.
The term 'visible condensation' as used in the Guarantee refers to water droplets forming against the inside surfaces of the panes of glass that are at least 0.5mm in diameter.
This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers, exclude or restrict the liability of the Guarantor for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Conditions
- Any claim must be made in writing and accompanied with a proof of purchase, details of failure and photographic evidence of failure.
- The products must have been correctly installed and only subject to normal domestic use and maintenance. This includes ensuring that drainage holes are kept free of obstruction and that packers are used underneath the sealed unit to hold the sealed unit up from the bottom of the sash.
- No Guarantee is offered on products subject to abuse, negligence, improper use, modifications or attachment to equipment other than our own
- The territorial scope of this agreement is the United Kingdom Only.
Exclusions
- Any sealed unit with broken glass or seals that have been tampered with.
- Furniture (Hinges, handles etc.) Guarantee
Secure Glaze UK Home Improvements Ltd. (" the Guarantor") hereby guarantees all furniture components (hinges, handles, locks) against failure in operation for the duration of 1 year from the first date of delivery.
Covered is the cost of re-supplying an identical or comparable furniture component to replace a furniture component that is proven to have failed in operation. This includes the cost of transport of any such furniture component to the customer's original delivery address providing that this is within the territorial scope of this Guarantee. It does not cover the cost of installation of the furniture component and does not cover the cost of removing and/or collection of the furniture component. Consequential costs or losses are not covered.
This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers or exclude or restrict the liability of the Guarantor for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Understanding the Order Confirmation
- Items:
Preview Image- Preview image of the item, viewed as specified by " Viewed from" . Chevrons denote opening sashes with the point denoting the hinges side.
Cills-item selected without cill will have face drainage.
- Specification:
Cill(if specified)- This is the cill option chosen. Options are 150mm, 180mm and 85mm. An 85mm cill is a " Stub cill"
Trickle Vents (if specified)- This will say where the ventilator is located (in the Sash by default) and how big each will be. 2000 trickle vents have a ventilation area of 2000mm2 ,3000 trickle vents have a ventilation area 3000mm2 and 4000 trickle vents have a ventilation area of 4000mm2.
Colour / Sash Colour / Cill Colour- The colour of the item will always be made with the wood grain on the outside. Dual colour item will be plain white inside only. Images may show inside colour, but this is only as a guide and is not a literal demonstration of where the colour will be.
Viewed from- The direction the item is viewed from in the preview design. Normally as " Viewed from Outside". Special care must be taken for these items to ensure the design, opening direction and hinges side are as desired.
- Glazing Details & Apertures
4-20-4- This refers to the thickness of the Sealed Unit. It’s we use, 4mm glass pane, 20mm space and another 4mm glass pane.
Clear / Obs / Tuff- Refers to if the glass is clear or obscure, or Tuff for toughened glass.
Georgian Bar / Diamond Lead / Square Lead- Glass decoration options
18mm Bar White, 9mm Lead Silver- Thickness and colour of glass decoration.
